How do I place my order?

Delivery is available at our Gladstone & O’Fallon locations
NatureMed Delivery is for BOTH Medical & Recreational
There are 4 time slots available M – F: 9am-11am, 11am-1pm, 1pm – 3pm, 3pm – 5pm.
O’Fallon will have Saturday delivery available beginning 3/28!
Gladstone has ASAP delivery available from 10am – 5:30pm depending on order volume
$50 order minimum
Delivery fees are:
0-9.9miles $10
Orders are placed online or by phone.
Drivers do not have cash on hand for change

Drivers will call to confirm orders and totals.
Drivers do not leave unless orders are confirmed with patient.
If unable to answer, please call back 30 min prior to delivery time.
Confirmation with patient is required for driver to leave store, without confirmation deliveries will be pushed to the next time slot.
Patients will receive a text message with a link to view delivery in route.
Please allow up to 1 hour for deliveries as traffic and routes may have temporarily changed.
Patients are required to sign for medication.
